These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of dutyfreeradar.com and any related pages, features and content (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 1. What the Service is

DutyFreeRadar is an independent price-comparison and information service for airport duty-free products. We gather product and price information from publicly available sources and present it so you can compare it in one place. The Service is provided for your general information and personal, non-commercial use only. It is a comparison tool — it is not a shop, and no sale, offer, booking or contract is made through it.

2. Prices and information are indicative only

Prices, product details, availability and other information shown on the Service are collected from third-party sources and are provided for comparison and general guidance only. They may be incomplete, out of date, mis-matched or simply wrong, and may differ from what you see in store because of timing, currency, local availability, promotions, regional differences or errors in the underlying source.

We make no representation, warranty or guarantee — express or implied — as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability or fitness for any purpose of anything shown on the Service. 4. Independence, trademarks and intellectual property

DutyFreeRadar is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any duty-free operator, airport, retailer or brand. All third-party trademarks, brand names, logos and product images remain the property of their respective owners and are used purely for identification and comparison. Their appearance on the Service does not imply any endorsement or relationship.

The Service itself — including its selection, arrangement, compilation and presentation of data, its design, text, layout, software and databases — is owned by DutyFreeRadar or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property and database rights. Except for the limited personal use described here, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, licence or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

5. Acceptable use — what you may not do

You agree to use the Service lawfully and only as intended. In particular, you must not:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DutyFreeRadar and its operators from any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Service, are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its competent courts, except where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you rights in your own country.
